Cases

  • Does Case Composers adjust the image to make it fit to the case? How should I place the image?
Case Composers' print the case just as it is uploaded by you. Make sure the case design is just how you want it before adding it to the shopping bag! Here's a tip: When designing your case, on all the layouts except the grid, make sure your image fills the entire template - not just the back of the case. The area outside the case itself - up to the grey dotted lines, represents the edges/sides of the case (what we call the district). Place the image just how you want it to look on the case but make sure the entire template is full. If the image does not extend all the way to the edges (dotted lines) this area will print white.
  • Can I listen to music with my case on?
Yes, you can plug your headphones in, charge your phone or even dock your phone onto speaker! The cases do not interfere with daily use in any way.
  • Is this a sticker?
We print your design directly onto our specially designed protective cases using our patented 3D permanent printing process. The image is EMBEDDED into the case itself and will not peel off or fade; your design stays as brilliant as the day it was printed.

  • What image dimension are recommended for the best result?
To ensure the highest quality image for your case, we suggest uploading an image that is at least 1024 pixels high by 1024 pixels wide. The higher resolution the image, the better the end result will be. The maximum image size is 2000×2000 5mb. Once you upload the image, you can adjust the size of the image to fit the template using our design tool. If you start with an image that is less than the recommended dimensions, and enlarge the image, you will want to be careful not to have the image become too pixelated. If the image looks grainy or fuzzy after you have made the adjustments, you may want to select a different image for a better end result.
